How to Report an Animal

Follow these steps to ensure our team can reach the animal as quickly as possible.

01

Note the Exact Location

Note a nearby landmark, building name, or pin the location on Google Maps to share with us.

02

Take a Quick Photo

If safe to do so, photograph the animal. This helps our vet team prepare the right equipment before arrival.

03

Call or WhatsApp Us

Call 7225888800 or send details on WhatsApp. Share the photo, location, and what you observed.

04

Stay Nearby if Safe

If possible, stay near the animal until our team arrives — your presence helps keep the animal calm and guides our rescuers.

Important Guidelines

Do's & Don'ts at the Scene

Your safety comes first. Here's how to help without putting yourself or the animal at greater risk.

Do's

  • Stay calm — panicked movements scare injured animals
  • Note the precise location (street, landmark, Maps pin)
  • Take a photo or video from a safe distance
  • Call us immediately: 7225888800
  • Keep bystanders away to reduce stress
  • Stay nearby until our team arrives if safe
  • Offer water only if the animal is conscious and calm

Don'ts

  • Don't try to move a seriously injured animal alone
  • Don't force-feed food or medicine
  • Don't cover or confine the animal unless trained to do so
  • Don't approach a frightened or aggressive animal
  • Don't delay calling — every minute counts
  • Don't attempt to treat fractures or deep wounds yourself
  • Don't leave without calling us first
