PAN Card Number
Collected solely for the purpose of generating 80G tax exemption receipts as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961. This is collected only when you request a receipt.
Payment Information
Card numbers, UPI IDs, and net banking credentials are processed directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. We only receive a transaction confirmation and amount.
Account Profile Data
If you voluntarily create an account, your name, email, phone, and donation history are stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) to power your account dashboard.
Usage & Analytics Data
Anonymous information such as pages visited, time spent, device type, and approximate location (city level) collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Why We Collect Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing donations: To receive and confirm your charitable contribution and send you a payment receipt.
- Issuing 80G tax receipts: To generate legally compliant donation receipts for income tax deduction claims.
- Responding to contact submissions: To reply to your queries, feedback, or rescue reports submitted via the contact form.
- Account management: To create and maintain your optional donor account, including donation history.
- Communications: To send you updates about our work, campaigns, and impact — only if you have opted in or made a donation.

- Analytics data: Anonymised; retained per Google Analytics and Meta Pixel's default retention policies.
