General Policy
All donations made through animalvatika.org are final and non-refundable once processed.
Donations to People For Animals Society Raipur Unit (operating as Vatika Animal Sanctuary) are voluntary contributions to a registered non-profit society. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated toward our animal welfare programmes and cannot be reversed.
By completing a donation on animalvatika.org, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions — Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges
We understand that payment errors can occur. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error or a duplicate transaction, you may request a review by contacting us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
To raise an exception request, email us at:

- Your full name and registered email address
- Razorpay transaction / payment ID
- Screenshot or bank statement showing the duplicate or erroneous charge
- Brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days. If the error is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.
80G Tax Receipts & Refunds
People For Animals Society Raipur Unit is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donation receipts eligible for 80G tax deductions are issued to donors upon request.
Please note: if a refund is approved and processed for an eligible donation, the associated 80G receipt issued for that donation will be considered void and invalid. If you have already filed for a tax deduction using that receipt, you are solely responsible for any corrections required in your tax filing with the Income Tax Department.
Payment Disputes via Razorpay
All payments on this Website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. People For Animals Society Raipur Unit does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
If you initiated a chargeback or payment dispute directly with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute that chargeback. We strongly encourage you to contact us at pfaraipur2@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank.
For payment processing issues (failed transactions, payment stuck in processing, etc.), you may also contact Razorpay Support.
Physical Goods — Wishlist Donations
No refunds are available for physical goods donated through our Amazon Wishlist or other in-kind donation channels. Once physical items are shipped or delivered to the sanctuary, the donation is considered complete.
If an item arrived damaged or was delivered incorrectly, please contact the respective seller or Amazon directly as per their return policy.
