Why We Need This Hospital
Vatika Animal Sanctuary has been rescuing and rehabilitating animals across Chhattisgarh for over a decade. Today, we operate out of temporary facilities that limit the number and complexity of cases we can treat. A purpose-built hospital will transform what we can do.
- Provide emergency surgical care for injured and critically ill animals
- House a full in-patient ward capable of treating 50+ animals simultaneously
- Equip a dedicated OT, radiology unit, and ICU for complex procedures
- Train local vets and build a self-sustaining centre of animal welfare
